Latex gloves are widely used in the food industry. However, the oil resistance of natural latex material is not as good as that of nitrile material. So latex golves are not recommended to be used in handling such oil foods.  And another type of glove-nitrile is a better choice.


Nitrile gloves have excellent oil resistance and are widely used in food production and processing. Although it is slightly inferior to natural latex gloves in softness and ductility, having excellent abrasion resistance and oil resistance characteristics.
